Family owned, and why that matters.
Howick began as a Coubray family general engineering workshop in 1978. Today, Nick and Hamish Coubray lead the business, continuing to drive change and push forward innovations in roll-forming technology, continually looking for smarter ways to build.
Being family owned means there are no short term calls from offshore owners. We invest for the long run: in R&D, in local manufacturing, in apprentices and experts who stay, and in support teams who know your machines inside out.

Every Howick machine is 100% built in our plant in Auckland, New Zealand and uses componentry we either make or source locally. This gives us tight control over quality and allows us to constantly innovate or customise for your needs.
